Prachtige foto's! Echt lente bij jullie thuis! Ik moet het binnen ook nog lenterig maken; mooi zonnetje vanmorgen (wel koud!), dus genoeg inspiratie opgedaan bij jouw blog.

The basket makes me happy, too -- because it was all stuff that was going to be thrown out. (Except the pansies, I bought those to cheer it up while waiting for the daffodils to come up.) The basket was from our Christmas tree, the daffodils I bought back in the fall and never got around to planting (as always) and the green coral-ly plant was left over from when we redid our front garden this summer. They were all laying around in a pile, waiting for me to set them by the side of the road to be picked up on trash day. I've been trying to do that "Use what you have" idea (is actually for crafting but I'm not doing any of that lately) and was so tired of waiting for Spring to get here. I was all ready to go to the garden center and pick up a readymade basket, and then I thought: Use what you have. If it doesn't work out, then you will at least have tried.

These flowers - the - what? Come - what?
That basket is so beautiful. My greedy heart is filled with envy and longing.
Beautiful.

I'm so glad it all decided to grow!
