We visited my father-in-law this weekend. Anna had her very first taste of a "Frisian Thumb" -- a wonderful little cookie they only make in Friesland. Anna thought it was about the best thing she'd ever had. I found a couple of recipes on the web, I think I'll try and make a batch sometime soon. Or head back up to Harlingen....
