She's the first blogger I've come across who also refers to her children as "colleagues", which is how I try to see Mirthe and Anna, with me being the Dept. Head and in charge of structuring things, but that we all have to work together or it ain't gonna work at all.

Do you know who Alison is? Just curious... Beautiful writing. I also love your comments about the structuring of things... so true. I am starting to get my perspective back after a few really difficult months. I think I have been a bit depressed. The past year has been almost unbearable... but it is past. I am doing much better. Tim is painting again and I am doing some work with my photography.... hope all is well with your family. Love to you. :) I still so enjoy your blog the girls are growing up so fast!
