A series of photos I took just before dinner, between making the stirfry and waiting for the rice to finish.

They made a HUGE mess but were blessedly quiet while doing it, and didn't fight once over who got to use the yellow pail etc. Mirthe was the Mama, making pancakes, and Anna was the child and was called Zus (Sister) and started at one point really eating the sandcakes Mama was serving. (Maybe that's why she only ate the cucumbers on her plate at dinner, and let the rest stand -- was she full? I thought I caught her in time.)
